Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Lankan Cabs & Travels, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our travelers and our local partners who prepare for your arrival.

Standard Cancellation Fees

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. The following fees apply based on the date of receipt of the cancellation notice:

• 45 days or more before arrival: Full refund of the amount paid, minus a 15% administrative and booking fee.
• 30 to 44 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
• 15 to 29 days before arrival: 25% refund of the total tour cost.
• Less than 14 days before arrival or No-show: No refund will be provided.

Non-Refundable Costs

Please note that certain costs, such as specific non-refundable hotel deposits, internal flight tickets, or entrance fees already purchased on your behalf, may be non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation occurs.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Any bank charges or currency exchange differences incurred during the refund process are the responsibility of the Client.

Travel Insurance

We strongly advise all our clients to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
